Arrival and parking

How does self check-in work?

After booking, you will receive an email link to complete online check-in through the Chekin portal. We ask you to complete it at least 3 days before arrival, registering all guests. The procedure is used to send the data required by law, pay the tourist tax when due and receive the access codes.

When should I send the documents before arrival?

At least 3 days before arrival. Access instructions are sent only after online check-in is complete for all guests.

What time can I enter the apartment?

You can enter after 3:00 PM. Access to the apartment is autonomous: you will receive the instructions to open the gates, staircase and collect the keys 2 days before arrival, but only after all guests have been registered.

Is there parking?

Yes, a paid private garage is available in the same building, on request and subject to availability.

How does it work if I book the garage?

For the garage, we need to meet in person by 9:00 PM on the arrival day, so we can give you the keys and show you the access.

What happens if I requested the garage but arrive after 9:00 PM?

You will still be able to enter the apartment independently, but you will not be able to use the garage until we have handed over the keys in person the day after your arrival.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, you can leave your luggage at the apartment free of charge. Please agree this with us in advance, so we can organise timing and access around the preparation of the apartment for the next booking.
