The essential answers before you book and before you arrive, with the most useful information about the apartment, the neighbourhood and transport.
For direct bookings from the website, 100% of payments made are refundable if you cancel at least 7 days before arrival. After that deadline, the booking is non-refundable. You can also find the summary on the Rates & Policies page.
Yes. A €150 card pre-authorisation is required: it is held 1 day before arrival and cancelled 2 days after departure, provided no damage has been found in the apartment. The detail is on the Rates & Policies page.
From 1 January 2026, the tourist tax for holiday homes and short-term rentals in Milan is €9.50 per person per night. Guests under 18 do not pay it. For holiday homes, it applies up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. You can find the updated note on the Rates & Policies page.
You pay it online during the self check-in procedure, before arrival. If the platform you booked with has already collected it, you will not have to pay it a second time.
The apartment hosts a maximum of 3 people. Smoking is not allowed and pets are not allowed. Check-in is possible after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. The rules are also summarised on the The Apartment page.
Yes, children are welcome. On request, we can prepare a travel cot with bed linen; a high chair is also available in the apartment. You can see the amenities on the The Apartment page.
After booking, you will receive an email link to complete online check-in through the Chekin portal. We ask you to complete it at least 3 days before arrival, registering all guests. The procedure is used to send the data required by law, pay the tourist tax when due and receive the access codes.

You can enter after 3:00 PM. Access to the apartment is autonomous: you will receive the instructions to open the gates, staircase and collect the keys 2 days before arrival, but only after all guests have been registered.
Yes, a paid private garage is available in the same building, on request and subject to availability.
For the garage, we need to meet in person by 9:00 PM on the arrival day, so we can give you the keys and show you the access.
You will still be able to enter the apartment independently, but you will not be able to use the garage until we have handed over the keys in person the day after your arrival.
Yes, you can leave your luggage at the apartment free of charge. Please agree this with us in advance, so we can organise timing and access around the preparation of the apartment for the next booking.
Yes. The apartment has fast fibre-optic Wi-Fi, suitable for remote work too. Airbnb indicates a speed of 579 Mbps. Amenities are summarised on the The Apartment page.
Yes. Air conditioning is managed by the building and is normally active from mid-June to mid-September. Outside this period, a portable air conditioner is available on request. Contact us for more information.
Heating follows the regulations of the Municipality of Milan: the permitted temperature is 19°C, with tolerance up to 21°C. At home you will find a warm, practical and comfortable environment.
Yes. You will find a dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, stove, kitchen utensils and spices. You can check the list on the The Apartment page.
Yes. You will find bed linen, towels, toilet paper, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and a courtesy set.
You will find a clean, tidy and well-equipped home. For the first day, we also leave a small welcome with coffee, tea, water, fruit and breakfast products.
Premier Apartment Milano is in via Padova 55, in the NoLo neighbourhood, north of Piazzale Loreto. It is a lively, multicultural area well connected to the city centre. You can orient yourself from the Directions page.
Yes. The most convenient stops are Pasteur M1 and Loreto M1/M2. From Loreto you can also walk in about 10 minutes, or take bus 56, which stops in front of the apartment; Pasteur is about 7 minutes away on foot. See also the Directions page.
Take the green M2 metro to Loreto, then walk about 10 minutes or take bus 56 towards via Padova and get off at “Via Padova Via Predabissi”. You can find the directions on the Directions page.
Take the blue M4 from Linate Aeroporto to San Babila, change to the red M1 towards Sesto FS and get off at Pasteur. From there, the apartment is about 7 minutes away on foot.
You have several nearby options: Conad in via Ruggero Leoncavallo 15/17, Carrefour Express in via dei Transiti 20 and various ethnic mini-markets along via Padova and the surrounding streets.
Yes. The most convenient are Farmacia Predabissi in via Francesco Predabissi 1, Farmacia Pavesio in via Giorgio Chavez 19 and Farmacia Berta in viale Monza 43/B.
NoLo is one of Milan’s liveliest neighbourhoods: informal, creative and multicultural. For an aperitivo or an evening nearby, you can look at Ghe Pensi Mi or Bar Tender in Piazza Morbegno, NoLoSo in via Varanini, Hug Milano in via Venini and Salumeria del Design in via Stazio.
